London City Lionesses head coach Lisa Fallon has completed her fourth signing of the summer in the form of Republic of Ireland midfielder Hayley Nolan.

The 23-year-old moves to Princes Park after most recently playing her football in the United States with Connecticut Fusion and she becomes an FA Women’s Championship player for the first time in her career.

Nolan started her career across the water with Kill Celtic Football Club while she was also a keen Gaelic footballer in her youth. She then moved on to Irish FA Women’s National League club Peamount United. Nolan went on to make her senior debut with The Peas seven years ago and won a Player of the Match award in a Women’s National League Cup final with the club.

In 2015, Nolan moved to the United States to take up a four-year scholarship with the Hartford Hawks. The midfielder earned a whole host of personal accolades for The Hawks while she was named captain of the junior side. Prior to her move to the London City Lionesses, Nolan enjoyed a year with Connecticut Fusion.

The Pride announced their latest addition via their official club Twitter account earlier this morning.

Nolan joins Allison Murphy, Shae Yanez and Lilly Pursey in moving to the London City Lionesses so far this summer.
