Liverpool midfielder Ceri Holland has been invited to attend the remainder of the Welsh national team’s February international training camp.
The 23-year-old was not selected in the initial 26-player group but she has now been called up to participate in the final few days of the camp.
The Welsh FA, The FAW, announced news of Holland’s call-up via their official Twitter account earlier today.

Holland is a former Welsh youth international. The player has represented her country up to Under-19 level but is set to make a senior appearance in red, white and green. She will be hoping to impress coaches David Adams, Matty Jones and Loren Dykes during the remainder of this month’s camp with the trio being in charge of senior operations following the recent departure of former head coach Jayne Ludlow.
At club level, Holland joined FA Women’s Championship club Liverpool during the January transfer window. The youngster moved to Prenton Park following a four-year spell in the United States and she scored on her debut in the recent 2-2 draw with Charlton Athletic at Hayes Lane.
Holland links up with club teammate Rhiannon Roberts at this month’s Welsh international training camp at the Vale Resort in South Wales.
