Chelsea forward Aggie Beever-Jones has signed her first professional terms with the club according to reports on The Blues’ official website.

The 18-year-old attacker has signed an initial two-year deal at Kingsmeadow with the option of a further year after impressing manager Emma Hayes.

Beever-Jones made two substitute appearances for Chelsea in last season’s Barclays FA Women’s Super League while she made her full debut against second tier side London City Lionesses in the fourth round of the Vitality Women’s FA Cup at Kingsmeadow. The player has shown some real potential in her cameo outings and it has not gone unnoticed by her club.

After signing her first professional deal with The Blues, Beever-Jones said “This contract means everything to me. I’ve worked so hard to get to where I am now. It’s been a childhood dream of mine so for it to come true is amazing.

“I can’t thank Chelsea enough for all the support they have given me. It’s the best feeling in the world.”

Beever-Jones is the third Chelsea youngster to sign a contract with the club this summer. The Barclays FA Women’s Super League champions have also agreed terms with goalkeeper Emily Orman and midfielder Charlotte Wardlaw.
