Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United will battle it out for the right to end the weekend in the UEFA Women’s Champions League qualification positions when they contest their Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixture at The Hive on Sunday.

Spurs currently occupy third position in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League table but there is an incentive for Manchester United with The Red Devils being just one place and two points behind the North Londoners.

Rehanne Skinner has confirmed that the Spurs squad is in good shape following the international break. One player is out due to injury, however, Skinner opted against revealing their identity. Unless she is the injured player, forward Rachel Williams will return to the squad after recently serving a one-match suspension.

Manchester United boss Marc Skinner is in a similar position following the international break. He has confirmed that one player is out, that player being Jackie Groenen who has a slight hamstring strain. Kirsty Smith and Martha Thomas are back in full training and could be available for some minutes at The Hive, although they are unlikely to start.

The Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixture between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United kicks-off at 12.15pm on Sunday afternoon. Tickets for the match can be purchased by clicking here.
