Arsenal will be hoping to take another step towards the Barclays FA Women’s Super League title when Manchester United are the visitors to Meadow Park on Saturday.

The Gunners go into the weekend four points clear at the top of the Barclays FA Women’s Super League table, although nearest challengers Chelsea have a game in hand. Latest opponents Manchester United are five points adrift of Arsenal in third but The Red Devils have the incentive to cut the gap to just two points with a win in Boreham Wood.

Arsenal head coach Jonas Eidevall will welcome Lydia Williams, Steph Catley and Caitlin Foord back into the squad following Australia’s elimination at the AFC Women’s Asian Cup India 2022. Mana Iwabuchi remains away at the tournament while The Gunners could have Jen Beattie, Stina Blackstenius and Tobin Heath available after recovering from illness.

Manchester United continue to be without injured duo Millie Turner and Lucy Staniforth while Sophie Baggaley is suspended and new signing Jade Moore is not yet match fit. On loan Lyon forward Signe Bruun could be in-line to make her full Manchester United debut after coming off the bench against Chelsea in midweek.

The Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixture between Arsenal and Manchester United kicks-off at 12.30pm on Saturday. Tickets remain available and can be purchased by clicking here.
