Crystal Palace have announced the news that eight players are moving on this summer.

The Eagles provided a squad update via a post on their official club website earlier today.

It has been reported that Bianca Baptiste, Hannah Churchill, Grace Coombs, Leanne Cowan, Millie Farrow, Sophie McLean, Kate Natkiel and Siobhan Wilson are all moving on.

Attackers Wilson and Farrow are arguably The Eagles’ most high-profile departures with both players having hit five goals in the FA Women’s Championship this season. Cowan, McLean, Farrow and Baptiste were also regulars for Dean Davenport’s side throughout the 2021/2022 campaign.

In addition to those contracted players who are leaving Crystal Palace, the South Londoners have confirmed that loanees Alex Hennessy, Emily Orman and Gracie Pearse are returning to their respective parent clubs.

Crystal Palace enjoyed their most successful season so far in the elite game in 2021/2022, finishing the campaign in fourth position in the FA Women’s Championship. The Eagles won half of their 22 matches, accruing a record points tally of 37. Davenport’s side will be keen to push on again next season and there are likely to be a number of new faces added to the squad over the summer given the number of players that are moving on.
