Arsenal will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Barclays Women’s Super League when they welcome Everton to the LV Bet Stadium in Boreham Wood on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners lost 3-2 to Manchester United in their last Barclays Women’s Super League fixture a fortnight ago. Meanwhile, latest opponents Everton are bidding to return to winning ways after losing their last two league matches against both Manchester clubs.

Arsenal head coach Jonas Eidevall confirmed in his pre-match press conference that centre-backs Leah Williamson and Rafaelle Souza will return to the matchday squad this weekend. Lina Hurtig is making progress but will not be available for selection while Kim Little and Teyah Goldie are a little further away.

Everton will welcome Danish international forward Nicoline Sørensen back into their squad for the first time in 15 months with the player having finally regained full fitness off the back of an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury. The Blue Girls will be without the services of Katrine Veje, Clare Wheeler, Izzy Christiansen and Megan Finnigan this weekend.

The Barclays Women’s Super League fixture between Arsenal and Everton kicks-off at 2pm on Saturday afternoon. Tickets remain on-sale and can be purchased by clicking here.
