Bristol City midfielder Jasmine Bull has signed a one-year contract extension with the club with the option of a further year.

The Robins announced the news via a post on their official club website this afternoon.

The 20-year-old has come through the youth ranks at Bristol City and she linked-up with the first team in summer 2021 following their relegation to the Barclays Women’s Championship. Bull has made 19 appearances for The Robins in their two seasons in the second tier while she netted her first career goal as Bristol City won 5-0 at Sunderland in April. Bull will now be hoping to further her career at Bristol City after extending her current contract with the club.

After signing on again at Ashton Gate, Bull said “I’m delighted to extend my stay at Bristol City as we take on a fresh challenge as a squad in the Barclays Women Super League.

“The last two years have been a rebuild for club and we’re determined to take the step and establish ourself as a top flight team.

“It’s an honour to represent my city every time I step onto the pitch. As someone who grew up in Bristol, I feel privileged to wear the shirt, and now have the opportunity to test myself at the top level against some of the world’s best players.”

Bull is the third player to sign a new deal with Bristol City this week. Emily Syme and Chloe Mustaki have also extended their contracts with the club.
