Aston Villa will take on Manchester United at Villa Park in the Barclays Women’s Super League on the opening day of the 2023/2024 season.
That game is the standout fixture on opening day with Carla Ward’s ever-evolving Aston Villa side hosting last season’s Barclays Women’s Super League runners-up.
The first of Arsenal’s five home fixtures at The Emirates Stadium will see them play host to Liverpool on opening day while champions Chelsea will contest a Stamford Bridge London derby against Tottenham Hotspur.
Last season’s fourth-placed side Manchester City travel to West Ham United, Everton host Brighton & Hove Albion while newly-promoted Bristol City take on Leicester City at Ashton Gate.
The 2023/2024 Barclays Women’s Super League season will begin on Sunday 1 October 2023 with all fixtures taking place on that day. Kick-off times have been confirmed for opening day and are not subject to further change.
