Durham defender Dee Bradley has signed a contract extension with the club ahead of the new Barclays Women’s Championship season.
The Wildcats announced the news via a post on their official club website earlier today.
It has been reported that Bradley will remain with the club until summer 2025.
Bradley has spent the last two-and-a-half years with Durham after joining the club in winter 2020. She has made 46 appearances for the club in the Barclays Women’s Championship. The defender has a reputation for tough tackling while she is a danger in the opposition box from set-pieces.
After signing on again with Durham, Bradley said “It feels amazing. Anyone that knows me knows how much this club means to me, so it’s a huge honour to sign for two more years.
“I want to help push this club forward, and personally I want to push and grow as a player.
“I think I can speak for everyone when I say we have the best fans. They travel up and down the country and at home help us feel like we have a 12th player – they’re the best and we’re looking forward to having them back at home.”
Durham kick-off the new season at Watford on Sunday afternoon.
