The midfielder is now ready to take the next step in her career and she has joined a West Ham United side that is really beginning to take shape under the leadership of manager Rehanne Skinner.

After joining The Hammers, Bergman-Lundin said “It feels so good to be at West Ham and I’m really excited to get started.

“I wanted a fresh challenge and when West Ham showed an interest, it felt like the right place for me.

“The women’s game in England has grown over the last few years and it’s been nice to see from a far, but it makes you want to be a part of it.

“I’m a player who likes to be on the ball and be creative with my passes. I also like a good tackle. I want to win everything and help the team however I can.”

Bergman-Lundin becomes West Ham United boss Skinner’s fourth January transfer window signing.
