Portsmouth defender Jazz Younger will leave the club when her contract expires at the end of the month.
Pompey announced the news via a post on their official club website this afternoon.
The 25-year-old is Portsmouth’s longest-serving player with Younger having spent eight years with the club.
Younger has played a key role in the rise of Portsmouth Women over the last eight years. She helped the club to win the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division title in 2023/2024. Portsmouth turned full-time professional as a result. She has been a great ambassador for the club both on and off the pitch.
After her Portsmouth departure was announced, Younger said “After eight years at Pompey, the time has come for me to move on.
“I’ve experienced the highest of highs and the lowest of lows at the club and through it all I’ve always had the best support.
“I’ve grown both on and off the pitch and I’m thankful for it all and the memories shared along the way.
“To everyone connected with the club – teammates, staff, and supporters – thank you for being part of this chapter of my career.”
Further Portsmouth squad news will be announced by the club in due course.
