Charlton Athletic have completed the permanent signing of centre-back Elisha N’Dow on an initial one-year deal.
The Addicks announced news of the transfer via a post on their official club website yesterday.
N’Dow returns to The Oakwood after enjoying a successful loan spell at Charlton Athletic last season. The defender made 20 appearances for the South East Londoners in the Barclays Women’s Championship in which she scored one goal. N’Dow was released by former club Aston Villa at the end of last season and therefore joins Charlton Athletic on a free transfer.
After securing her Charlton Athletic return, N’Dow said “I really enjoyed my time at Charlton last year. I felt we were starting to build something and I was grateful for the trust the staff and players put in me, so I wanted to continue with what we have built. Hopefully, we can push on even further as a group this upcoming season with the new additions coming in.”
N’Dow is Charlton Athletic head coach Karen Hills’ fourth signing of the summer transfer window. The South East Londoners have also brought loan keeper Sian Rogers back on a permanent basis whilst adding free agents Kate Longhurst and Kayleigh Green to their squad.
