Arsenal report strong ticket sales for season opener against Liverpool

Arsenal have already sold more than 20,000 tickets for their Barclays Women’s Super League season opener against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.

The two sides are scheduled to meet in N7 on Sunday 1 October 2023. The game is one of five Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures that will be played at the Emirates Stadium in 2023/2024.

The Gunners provided a ticket update via a post on their official club Twitter account earlier today which confirmed that more than 20,000 fans have already booked their seats.

Arsenal have proved that they are the best supported club in the Barclays Women’s Super League. The Gunners regularly recorded crowds well in excess of 40,000 for their Barclays Women’s Super League matches held at the Emirates Stadium last season while the second leg of their UEFA Women’s Champions League semi-final tie against VfL Wolfsburg was a complete sell-out. Tickets for other games held at the Mangata Pay UK Stadium Meadow Park in Boreham Wood have been like gold dust and that will continue to be the case this season.

Tickets for Arsenal’s opening Barclays Women’s Super League fixture of the season against Liverpool remain on-sale and can be purchased by clicking here. Fans are also able to purchase match packages for the league games to be played at the Emirates Stadium.
