Arsenal midfielder Kathrine Møller Kühl has joined Everton on a loan deal until the end of the season.
WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from Everton this morning.
Kühl joined Arsenal from Danish club FC Nordsjælland 12 months ago. The Danish international featured for The Gunners on 11 occasions in the Barclays Women’s Super League in the second half of last season but she has managed just two further league outings this term. The player will now be hoping for more regular game time in her spell at Everton.
After joining Everton on loan, Kühl said “It feels really good to sign for Everton. I’m really looking forward to this experience.
“Everton’s a big club and it’s a privilege to be here.
“My experience so far in the Women’s Super League has been really good. I feel I’ve learnt a lot having come from the Danish league to England. It’s a big step.
“It’s an enjoyable and competitive league, and I enjoy playing here.
“Everton felt like a good opportunity for me to come and play alongside some really good players and hopefully gain some minutes.”
Kühl becomes Everton manager Brian Sørensen’s first signing of the January transfer window.
