The 2019/2020 Vitality Women’s FA Cup final is finally upon us with Everton set to face Manchester City at Wembley this afternoon.
The two sides boast some of the very best players in world football and the game promises to be an excellent showpiece.

10 – Manchester City defeated Ipswich Town 10-0 in their Vitality Women’s FA Cup fifth round tie at The Academy Stadium in February with Georgia Stanway, Pauline Bremer and Jess Park all netting hat-tricks for The Cityzens.
2010 – Everton are aiming to lift the Vitality Women’s FA Cup for the first time since 2010 when they defeated Arsenal 3-2 after extra time at The City Ground.
0 – Manchester City have never lost to Everton in their era as a professional women’s football club.
2 – There were two bookings when the two sides met at The Academy Stadium in the FA Women’s Continental League Cup last month which were picked up by Demi Stokes and Keira Walsh.
1989 – Everton first won the Women’s FA Cup in 1989 under their former identity of Leasowe Pacific. They officially won the trophy under the Everton name for the first time in 2010.
The 2019/2020 Vitality Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley is scheduled to kick-off at 2.30pm and will be screened live on BBC One, BT Sport 1 and on the FA Player.
