Everton have completed the signing of Chelsea forward Aggie Beever-Jones on a season-long loan deal.
The Blue Girls announced the news this afternoon via a post on their official club website.
Beever-Jones joins the Merseyside club on the back of a hugely impressive loan spell with Barclays Women’s Championship side Bristol City last season. The forward featured in every league game for The Robins in 2021/2022, scoring five goals. She also contributed many assists. The youngster seems ready for top level football and she will now get the opportunity to test herself with Everton.
After completing her loan move to Walton Hall Park, Beever-Jones said “I’m over the moon to be here. With Brian (Sorensen) coming in and his history of developing young talent, it just felt like the right place to be
“My development is going to be great, and I think the manager has come in with the right mindset and he’s putting that into the team early. I’ve had a few chats with him about what his aims are for the season, what my personal aims are, and it all led back to Everton and how great this Club is.
“It’s a Club with a great history – and the perfect place for me.”
Beever-Jones signed a three-year contract extension with Chelsea prior to completing her loan move to Everton.
