Everton have announced the news that tickets for their upcoming Barclays Women’s Super League fixture against Arsenal at Walton Hall Park have sold out.
The Blue Girls confirmed the news via a post on their official club Twitter account earlier today.
Everton are scheduled to meet The Gunners in L4 on Wednesday 17 May. The match is the Merseyside club’s penultimate home fixture of the season. A number of games at Walton Hall Park have been the subject of high demand this season and the Arsenal match is no different with fans having moved quickly to purchase their tickets.
In their home fixtures against the other ‘top four’ sides, Everton have failed to take a single point. The game against Arsenal is a final opportunity to change that trend this season. Everton did push The Gunners all the way in the reverse fixture at the LV Bet Stadium back in December. Vivianne Miedema’s first half goal was the only thing that separated the two sides.
Everton’s Barclays Women’s Super League fixture against Arsenal kicks-off at 6.15pm on Wednesday 17 May. Tickets for the club’s final home fixture of the season against Brighton & Hove Albion remain on-sale and can be purchased by clicking here.
