Chelsea forward Beever-Jones signs new deal

Chelsea forward Aggie Beever-Jones has signed a contract extension with the club until summer 2026.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Blues this afternoon.

Beever-Jones has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Chelsea. After impressing whilst out on loan at Bristol City and Everton in recent seasons, the youngster has taken her opportunity at Chelsea this term with both hands. Beever-Jones has scored five goals in eight outings in this season’s Barclays Women’s Super League.

The England youth international has a huge future ahead of her and she will continue her development at Chelsea after signing a new deal.

After signing on again with The Blues, Beever-Jones said “It’s amazing, I haven’t stopped smiling to be honest. This is my childhood club and to continue my journey here is a really exciting time.”

General manager Paul Green also said “We’re delighted to see Aggie having an impact for us at senior level after coming all the way through our youth pathway.

“Aggie gained vital experience over the last two years going out on loan and has done very well since coming back into the squad this season.

“We wanted to reward her for that and see Aggie as a big part of our future moving forward.”

Beever-Jones will be hoping to cap-off her breakthrough season with silverware with Chelsea still being in the hunt for four trophies.
