“I have a strong willingness to make a difference, I want to win more than anything and I’m always working very hard.

“This is a very historic club, a great shirt to wear and I’m very happy to now have it on. I want to get used to this beautiful city and can’t wait to get the season started because the games are what it’s all about.”

Sevenius could make her Newcastle United debut at Nottingham Forest on the opening day of the new Barclays WSL2 season.
