Manchester United sign Manchester City’s attacking midfielder Park

Manchester United have completed the signing of Manchester City’s attacking midfielder Jess Park on a four-year deal.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Red Devils this evening.

The 23-year-old joins Manchester United off the back of an eight-year spell with Manchester City. After graduating from The Cityzens’ academy, Park went on to make 119 appearances for the club at senior level in which she scored 22 goals. The player also enjoyed a loan spell with Everton in the 2022/2023 season.

On the international stage, Park has collected 20 caps for England while she has scored three goals. She won UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 with the Lionesses.

After joining Manchester United, Park said “I am really happy to be here and can’t wait to get started. I wanted to break out of the boundaries and push myself to take on a new challenge. I’m the sort of person who wants to keep improving and pushing limits, and I think this is the perfect place for me to do that.

“I’m a player who wants the ball, and when I get it I like to look up and try and make things happen for my teammates, so I think I can fit in really well here. I know the ambitions are very high and I want to help the team push towards them.”

Park is Manchester United’s third signing of the summer transfer window.
