Barclays FA Women’s Super League champions Chelsea will travel to the Leigh Sports Village to take on Manchester United on the opening day of the 2020/2021 season with the fixtures having been released by The Football Association this morning.
FAWSL Full-Time were informed of the early season 2020/2021 fixtures in an official press release from The Football Association this morning.
In the Barclays FA Women’s Super League, some of the other opening day highlights will see newly-promoted Aston Villa take on Manchester City at The Banks’s Stadium while Bristol City’s first game at Twerton Park could be against an Everton side who have invested heavily this summer should they opt to play the game in Bath.
