Smith was formerly on the books of Barclays FA Women’s Super League club West Ham United prior to joining London Bees. She has made three appearances for The Bees in the FA Women’s Championship this season including two starts. Smith’s last appearance in an orange and black shirt came as Lee Burch’s side lost 4-0 at Sheffield United at the end of September.
The player joins a Charlton Athletic side who are currently looking to rediscover their early season good form. Riteesh Mishra’s side have lost their last four matches in all competitions since recording their first victory of the season in the FA Women’s Championship at Blackburn Rovers in mid-September.
Smith has been handed the number five shirt by The Addicks and has been named amongst the substitutes for this afternoon’s FA Women’s Championship fixture at Durham.
