Central midfielder Ellie Noble has signed a new one-year contract with FA Women’s Championship club Lewes.
The 21-year-old joined Lewes ahead of the 2019/2020 season and the player can now look forward to spending a third campaign at The Dripping Pan after penning a new deal which will run until next summer.
Lewes announced Noble’s contract extension in a post on their official club Twitter account earlier today.

Noble spent a decade on the books of Oxford United before making her switch to Lewes. The player was given her first taste of second tier senior football by The Yellows in 2017 and she featured regularly for the club in the 2017/2018 season.
Since joining Lewes, Noble has represented the club in the FA Women’s Championship on 22 occasions while she has scored two league goals. The player has been a member of a Lewes team which finished in fifth place in this season’s FA Women’s Championship.
Noble becomes the ninth Lewes player to sign a contract extension for next season. She joins teammates Tatiana Saunders, Rhian Cleverly, Nicola Cousins, Sophie O’Rourke, Zoe Cross, Paula Howells, Lucy Ashworth-Clifford and Georgia Timms in dedicating her future to the club.
