Charlton Athletic have announced the permanent signing of former Spurs midfielder Elisha Sulola according to reports on their official website.
The 20-year-old midfielder enjoyed a successful loan spell with The Addicks during the second half of last season and head coach Karen Hills has opted to make the deal permanent.
During her temporary stint at The Oakwood, Sulola made 11 appearances for Charlton Athletic in the FA Women’s Championship, scoring in their 3-1 victory over London Bees in April as the club secured their second tier survival.
Sulola is a player who Addicks boss Hills knows very well with the youngster having come through the youth ranks at Spurs during her time as joint-head coach.
After sealing her move to Charlton Athletic, Sulola said “I really enjoyed my time on loan and the vision of the club with the one club mentality is something I thought the owner put across really well and I like that.
“Charlton is ambitious and a club with good intentions so I’m looking forward to getting into it.”
Sulola is Charlton Athletic’s first signing as a professional club. The South East Londoners have also agreed new professional deals with goalkeeper Eartha Cumings and defender Rachel Newborough in recent weeks.
