Marc Skinner makes his long-awaited return to Birmingham City on Sunday when he takes his Manchester United side to St Andrew’s.
Skinner spent 13 years working in various roles with the Blues, ending his stay with the Midlands club with a three-year stint as first team head coach.
Birmingham City will again be without long term absentees Christie Murray and Arabella Suttie for their latest Barclays FA Women’s Super League match while the condition of Cecilie Sandvej is unknown. Lucy Quinn and Libby Smith are set to return to the squad after being ineligible to play in the Vitality Women’s FA Cup in midweek while Harriet Scott and Sarah Ewers could be recalled.
The Manchester United squad looks to be in good shape with head coach Skinner having a fully fit squad available to him. Scotland international Martha Thomas picked up a knock on the training ground last week but she has now fully recovered.
The Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixture between Birmingham City and Manchester United is scheduled to kick-off at 6.45pm on Sunday evening and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football. Tickets for the match can be purchased online by clicking here or they can be bought at the ticket office on matchday.
