Arsenal will be hoping to bounce back from their European defeat in midweek when Everton are the visitors to Meadow Park on Sunday.
The Gunners went down 4-1 to FC Barcelona in Spain in their opening UEFA Women’s Champions League group match, a defeat which was their first under new head coach Jonas Eidevall.
Arsenal are not thought to have any fresh injury concerns ahead of their latest match. Defender Simone Boye Sørensen remains sidelined, as does midfielder Malin Gut. Head coach Eidevall could opt to make one or two subtle changes to his side with the likes of Jordan Nobbs, Nikita Parris, Caitlin Foord, Mana Iwabuchi and Tobin Heath waiting for starting places.
Everton manager Willie Kirk will again be without Danish forward Nicoline Sørensen with the player likely to be out for the remainder of the season. Kirk admitted on Thursday that a couple of other players were struggling but did not reveal their identities. Those players are likely to be assessed ahead of the game.
The Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixture between Arsenal and Everton at Meadow Park kicks-off at 3pm on Sunday afternoon and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Premier League. Fans can still buy their tickets for the match by clicking here.
