PREVIEW: Tottenham Hotspur v Everton

Tottenham Hotspur and Everton will contest the final Barclays Women’s Super League fixture of the calendar year when they meet at The Breyer Group Stadium in Leyton on Wednesday evening.

The game was originally set to be played at the start of November but that match was postponed hours before kick-off due to a waterlogged pitch. The two clubs will hope to beat the weather at the second time of asking, although many London boroughs have been hit with heavy snow in recent days.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Rehanne Skinner will again be without the services of Kit Graham, Ria Percival, Kyah Simon, Ellie Brazil and Ramona Petzelberger for her side’s latest match. Skinner is likely to make some changes to her starting line-up after Spurs were defeated 2-0 by West Ham United last time out.

Everton manager Brian Sørensen continues to be without Megan Finnigan who is still sidelined with a knee injury. Clare Wheeler, Katrine Veje and Elise Stenevik are all back in training and could be in contention for selection against Spurs.

The Barclays Women’s Super League fixture between Tottenham Hotspur and Everton kicks-off at 7pm on Wednesday evening. Tickets remain available and can be purchased by clicking here.
