Arsenal revealed one of the worst kept secrets in world football on Friday with the club having signed Australian international forward Caitlin Foord, the news having been broken on the club’s official website.
The 25-year-old New South Wales-born attacker will link up with The Gunners in mid-February once her involvement with the Australian national team comes to an end.

Foord is likely to make her Arsenal debut in either the fifth round of the Women’s FA Cup or against Reading at Meadow Park on 23 February.
