London Bees midfielder Merrick Will will face a significant period on the sidelines after sustaining an Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury as reported on the club’s official website.
Will is a key member of the London Bees squad, however, she may not be seen in an orange and black shirt again this season after sustaining her cruel injury blow in the 1-0 victory over London rivals Charlton Athletic at The Hive 10 days’ ago.

It has today been confirmed that Will’s injury has been fully assessed with the player having suffered an ACL injury. London Bees will now support the midfielder as she begins her rehabilitation.
Prior to her injury, Will had played an important role for The Bees this season. The midfielder appeared in all of London Bees’ first eight matches, scoring in the 3-1 defeat to Coventry United at the Butts Park Arena on opening day. Will is into her fourth season at The Hive after joining London Bees in 2017 following a spell with Watford.
