Number of Vitality Women’s FA Cup final tickets issued exceeds 50,000

The number of tickets issued for this season’s Vitality Women’s FA Cup final has now exceeded 50,000.

FAWSL Full-Time were informed of the news this morning via an official press release from The Football Association.

Fans have been snapping up tickets in their numbers over the last few months and more than 50,000 have now been issued. It seems extremely likely that the current Vitality Women’s FA Cup final attendance record of 49,094 will be smashed this year. That near-50,000 crowd was recorded for last season’s final between Chelsea and Manchester City at Wembley.

The tournament is currently at the semi-final stage with Aston Villa set to host Chelsea and Manchester United and Brighton & Hove Albion scheduled to meet at the Leigh Sports Village. Of the four Vitality Women’s FA Cup semi-finalists, only Chelsea have ever made it to Wembley; The Blues are the current trophy holders and four-time winners of the tournament. The semi-final ties are scheduled to be played out over the weekend of 15-16 April 2023.

Tickets for the 2022/2023 Vitality Women’s FA Cup final remain on-sale and can be purchased by clicking here. Prices start at just £15 for adults while concessions are £10 and juniors are £5. Discounts are available for group bookings of nine people or more.
