The Red Devils confirmed this season’s opponents at ‘The Theatre of Dreams’ via a post on their official club website this afternoon.
Marc Skinner’s side will kick-off the 2024/2025 Barclays Women’s Super League season at the club’s main stadium on 21/22 September 2024 when they play host to West Ham United. Manchester United will also appear at Old Trafford twice in the second half of the season. The Red Devils will play Crystal Palace at ‘The Theatre of Dreams’ on 15/16 February 2025 before contesting a Manchester derby against neighbours Manchester City on 3/4 May 2025. Final dates and kick-off times are yet to be confirmed.
Manchester United last appeared at Old Trafford on the final day of the 2023/2024 season when they went down 6-0 to Chelsea. The team will be aiming to bounce back from that defeat when they return to the venue this season.
