Liverpool announce increase to WSL games at Anfield in 2024/2025

Liverpool have announced an increase to the number of Barclays Women’s Super League matches to be played at Anfield in the 2024/2025 season.

The Reds announced details of their 2024/2025 Barclays Women’s Super League fixture schedule via a post on their official club website just a short time ago.

It has been confirmed that Liverpool will play more games at Anfield this season than ever before. In past seasons, The Reds have staged the Merseyside derby against neighbours Everton in L4, however, this season will see Matt Beard’s side appear at Anfield on three occasions.

Liverpool’s first Anfield appearance of the new season comes on Sunday 13 October 2024 when Manchester City provide the opposition. The Reds will return to their spiritual home on Sunday 16 March 2025 when they face Manchester United before Anfield plays host to another Merseyside derby meeting with Everton on Sunday 4 May 2025. Dates and kick-off times are subject to change with broadcast picks.

All of Liverpool’s remaining home fixtures will be played at Totally Wicked Stadium in St Helens. The Reds are moving to that venue this season following a long spell playing their home matches at Prenton Park, home of Tranmere Rovers FC.

Season ticket, Anfield ‘Hat-Trick’ package and match-by-match ticket details can be found on Liverpool’s official club website.
