Manchester United have completed the signing of Tottenham Hotspur attacker Celin Bizet Ildhusøy on a permanent deal.
WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Red Devils this morning.
It has been reported that Bizet has signed a three-year deal with Manchester United.
The 22-year-old Norwegian international has spent the last two seasons with Spurs. She has built a reputation of being one of the brightest young players in the Barclays Women’s Super League.
Bizet has made 42 appearances for Spurs in the English top flight in which she has scored six goals. The player was an Adobe Women’s FA Cup finalist with the club last season.
On the international stage, Bizet has been capped by Norway on 21 occasions while she has scored seven goals for her country.
After joining Manchester United, Bizet said “I’m very excited to take this next step in my career, and sign for such a great club as Manchester United. I cannot wait to pull on the famous red shirt and create winning moments in front of these wonderful fans.”
Bizet becomes Manchester United’s sixth signing of the summer transfer window. The Red Devils have completed some solid business during the close season.
