West Ham United’s home fixture against Everton in the FA Women’s Super League has been rearranged and will now take place on Wednesday 1 April with a 7.30pm kick-off.
The original fixture was scheduled to take place in early January but the match was postponed two days beforehand due to illness which had swept it’s way through the West Ham United squad.
The Hammers have now confirmed on their official website that a new date for the fixture has been agreed between the two clubs, that date being Wednesday 1 April.
Matt Beard’s side will play four games in just 14 days after this month’s international break. The East Londoners travel to Manchester United on 22 March before welcoming London rivals Arsenal to Rush Green a week later. Everton will then make the midweek trip to the capital before West Ham United end a hectic period with a trip to Birmingham City on 5 April.
West Ham United and Everton are yet to meet in the FA Women’s Super League this season. After meeting at Rush Green early next month, Beard will take his side to Walton Hall Park for the reverse fixture on 26 April. Everton currently lead The Hammers by three points in the league table with both clubs having played 14 games.
