Everton forward Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah has signed a new one-year contract with The Blue Girls according to reports on the club’s official website.
The 24-year-old forward, who can also operate in a full-back role, has represented Everton at first team level since graduating into the first team in 2013.
With Everton aiming to push on to the next level in 2020/2021, manager Willie Kirk has determined that striker Boye-Hlorkah has a role to play and the club have agreed a new contract with the player which will see her remain at Walton Hall Park until next summer.
Since making her first team debut for Everton in 2013, Boye-Hlorkah has gone on to make 47 appearances for The Blue Girls in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League. The player has netted six league goals for the Merseyside club.
Boye-Hlorkah was a 2014 Women’s FA Cup final runner-up with Everton as they were defeated 2-0 by Arsenal at Stadium:MK while she helped The Blue Girls to top spot in the 2017 FA Women’s Super League 2 Spring Series.
Everton boss Kirk has fielded Boye-Hlorkah from the start in six of his side’s Barclays FA Women’s Super League fixtures this season including the 1-0 Merseyside derby victory over Liverpool at Anfield in November.
